Allianna's Kitchen Blog started as a way for me to share with others what has helped me in my journey to healing. When I started all I knew was that I didn't want to feel sick anymore and I wanted to find other ways to help my body to feel better.
From losing 30 pounds with intermittent fasting, to weird things I found that made me feel good, managing PCOS with diet and lifestyle, why I love magnesium, and even what I am doing now to boost my fertility. I work to share with you what has helped me.
