  • 9 by 13 casserole dish

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups steel cut oats Make sure they are gluten free if that is your thing!
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 3/4 cup milk I use coconut milk because I am dairy free.
  • 1 cup blackberries Washed and dried.
  • cooking oil spray

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Now mix all of the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Be sure to mash up the banana, then add all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Now combine the two. 
  • Next, spray a 9 by 13 inch pans with cooking spray oil. You can also add parchment paper if you do not have oil and are afraid of the mixture sticking. Now, add the oat mixture into the pan and spread out the oatmeal mixture evenly. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
