We love adding out favorite magnesium supplements to this concoction to make this into a sleepy girl mocktail recipe that help give you a good night’s sleep! It truly is the most perfect nightcap.
I used to think a glass of wine before bed would calm me down but in fact it did the opposite to my nervous system. Simple Ingredients
- Tart cherry juice-This is the main ingredient and the must for this recipe. It is amazing for the immune system.
- Lime juice-This compliments the cherry juice oh so well.
- Soda water-You can also use prebiotic soda or club soda if you would prefer.
- Magnesium powder–I like using the calm powder! Magnesium plays a crucial role in helping the body relax and have a healthy sleep!
Recipe Substitutions and Variations
- Inisitol powder-Throw this into to help balance your blood sugar! This powder is great for hormone health.
- To garnish-Lime zest, lime wedges or fresh herbs!
- Herbal teas-Try adding a splash of your favorite herbal tea for more flavor! I like chamomile tea.
- Cinnamon-Cinnamon is especially good for PCOS and hormone health!
- Honey simple syrup–To add some sweetness to the recipe. I like making my own Honey Simple Syrup.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces of soda water
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
- 1 tbsp calm drink
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
