2 pounds wild caught salmon, defrosted
1 cup honey mustard, (I love this brand. Thrive market sells a vast list of healthy food alternatives for a fraction of the cost)
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup fresh parsley
Preheat the oven to 350.
Chop up the fresh parsley, mix the parsley with the flour and honey mustard.
Using a spoon or marinate brush, brush the honey mustard mix over the top of the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve over greens!
