Herb Crusted Salmon

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 25 MINUTES

SERVINGS: 3-4

 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds wild caught salmon, defrosted

1 cup honey mustard, (I love this brand. Thrive market sells a vast list of healthy food alternatives for a fraction of the cost)

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup fresh parsley

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.

  2. Chop up the fresh parsley, mix the parsley with the flour and honey mustard.

  3. Using a spoon or marinate brush, brush the honey mustard mix over the top of the salmon.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Serve over greens!
