Are you looking for the perfect candy that can help heal your gut, relax your mind, and still taste good? CBD gummies are it. CBD is a cannabinoid. The most common cannabinoid is THC. THC is the psychoactive compound that comes to mind when you think about marijuana. Both CBD and THC work on the body’s endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for maintaining homeostasis when your body is under stress.

Cannabinoid receptors are found in the gastrointestinal, nervous, and immune systems. I started with a drop of CBD oil a day to help with anxiety and noticed that it really helped my stomach too. My constant bloating went away. I made this batch of CBD gummies to help with the anxiety associated with 20 hours worth of traveling to get to Greece. Not only do they do the trick, but they taste amazing! I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do!

Information from above is found in this article

Ingredients:

1 cup apple lemonade (I make my own with 6 red apples and 1 lemon, but you can buy your favorite freshly squeezed juice). I use this juicer.

2 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin. I use this brand.

1 tablespoon raw honey.

2 droppers full of CBD oil. I use this brand.

Instructions:

Place juice in a pan on stove top until the juice is brought to a light simmer.

Add the raw honey and gelatin and continuously whisk for one minute.

Turn off the stove and add the CBD oil and give a few more whisks.

Now it is time to transfer to mixture to the molds. I use these molds.  I find it is easier to transfer into the mold if the juice is in a pitcher.

Place the molds on a cookie sheet and evenly distribute the juice. Scrape off the excess juice using a knife.

Place the molds in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

ENJOY!
