Anxiety
Anxiety is something that is more commonly identified in today's society. Different events and situations can cause each person a different set of anxiety or no anxiety at all.
As I grew older, I knew that not only did I want to take control of my health but I also wanted to take control of my anxiety. From taking supplements, to learning about functional medicine, finding that magnesium is helpful for me, and managing my anxiety as a whole I have worked long to get to a place of self awareness without medication for my anxiety.
