- 5 mini cucumbers washed
- 2 honey crisp apples washed and cubed
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- pinch sea salt
Set aside the washed and cut apples and cucumbers.
Place all other ingredients in a bowl except the almond and mix well throughout.
Toss the dressing with the apples and cucumbers. Chill until ready to serve. Add the almonds on top when you are ready to serve.
