Ingredients

  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 anise starts
  • 3 cups water or enough water to the fill the pot.

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a simmer pot or large pot. Bring to a boil then simmer for as long as you would like. You may need to add more water in it so it does not dry out the longer you burn it.

Notes

Storage: If you prep this recipe in advance, I would wait to add the water to it until you are ready to simmer it.
