Equipment

  • Sheet pan
  • cutting board
  • sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin I love butcher box. Use my link from butcher box to get free bacon for life with your order
  • 1/2 cup dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Marinate the tenderloin with the spices and cooking fat. Cut each tenderloin into thirds EXCEPT for the top. you want the top to remain together so it is easy to grab and braid. Now, braid the tenderloin. You can use a toothpick at the end to hold it together. Add to a baking sheet with bone broth and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. The length of the pork loin and the thickness of it will dictate how long it needs to cook. The best way to know if this dish is done is by checking the internal temperature of the meat with a meat thermometer.
