Place all hot chocolate ingredients on the stovetop and bring to a boil on medium high heat. Continuously whisk for 4 minutes so clumps do not form. Pour in two glasses.
For the whip cream:
Using a handheld blender, add the maple syrup and coconut cream to a bowl and mix until the cool whip forms. Add to the top of your hot chocolate. I like to sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top too. ENJOY!
