Gather ingredients, dry off cod with a paper towel

Mix up your spices and coat the front and back of your cod loin

Heat ghee in your pan, I like using a cast iron skillet for this!

Let cod cook for 5 minutes on each side

Carefully remove Cod from pan and serve!
