This Easy Blackened Cod recipe is delightful and simple. The buttery cod combined with the cajun spices is delicious!

Gather ingredients, dry off cod with a paper towel

Mix up your spices and coat the front and back of your cod loin

Heat ghee in your pan, I like using a cast iron skillet for this!

Let cod cook for 5 minutes on each side

Carefully remove Cod from pan and serve!

This Cod makes the perfect quick weeknight meal!

I love to serve it with a light side like coleslaw and lots of lemon!
