This Gluten Free Lasagna is something the whole family will love and eat. The creamy cashew cheese combined with the hearty beef red sauce is to die for!

Preheat oven to 350

Cook your noodles according to the package

Cook protein, drain excess fat, add in red sauce, reserving some for later

Place  all ingredients for the cashew  cheese into blender  and blend  until smooth

Once cashew cheese is smooth, add in eggs and parsley and mix until well combined

Add reserved red sauce to bottom of your dish, and start layering!  Noodles, protein, cashew cheese

Once you reach the last layer, top with remaining sauce.  Cover and bake for 40 minutes

Once lasagna is done, wait 20 minutes before cutting into it! This prevents it from falling apart
