Ingredients

Cut squash down the middle, then you will scrap out all of the seeds out of each half of the spaghetti squash with a spoon

Season and spray oil. Place face up in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes

Once the squash is done cooking, you will use a fork to scrape the filling out. This will create the stringy appearance of “spaghetti.”
