Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast If you chicken breasts are really thick, hit them a few times with a meat tenderizer! I like to get my chicken breasts from Butcher Box, use my link to the left and get a free something with your first order.
  • 1/2 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1/3 cup melted ghee

For the garlic aioli:

For the garlic aioli:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.

For the chicken:

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 and melt ghee in the microwave. Dip the chicken breasts in the ghee and then lay on a baking sheet. Coat the chicken in the everything bagel seasoning and place bake on the non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes or until the chicken breasts reach 165 degrees F. Serve with garlic aioli on the side.
