Keto Turkey Meatloaf
This keto turkey meatloaf with homemade ranch is super simple to make and something the whole family can enjoy!

- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 red onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups spinach chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 eggs sub 2 gelatin eggs for AIP
- 1/3 cup almond flour cassava flour for AIP
- 1 tsp paprika omit for AIP
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard omit for AIP
- 2 tbsp ghee
Dairy free ranch: (optional)
- 2 cups avocado mayo sub 2 cups pureed canned artichokes
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350. Place the ghee in a medium size pan on medium heat. Add the chopped spinach, onions and garlic to the pan and sautee until the spinach is wilted. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix until mixed throughout. Add a place of wax paper to a baking sheet and transfer the meatloaf mixer. Place the mixture in the middle of the sheet and roll the sheet into a log looking meatloaf-this will prevent any air bubbles and make it prettier! Place the meatloaf in the center of the baking sheet and bake for one hour.
For the ranch:
