Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 beets cooked and peeled
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup OPTIONAL-can omit if you are following a lower sugar diet
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 yellow onion chopped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to two weeks.
