- 1 can coconut cream I like Trader Joe's for AIP
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon juiced

- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
For the stovetop:
Add the ghee to the pot on medium heat, then add the ginger and onion to the pot. Now, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Be sure to give the soup a nice mix every few minutes.
