Raspberry Paleo Jam

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raspberries washed
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup raw honey sub maple syrup if vegan

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes with a lid on. Whisk every 5 minutes. Let the sauce cool in the pan, then pour in a mason jar to store in the fridge.

Store in an airtight class mason jar in the fridge for up to a month in the fridge. See freezing instructions in the notes above.
