Macadamia Nut Butter

  • blender or food processor


  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional


  • Add all ingredients to the blender. If using unsalted macadamia nuts, add a pinch of sea salt, if desired.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stop every 45 seconds to scrape down sides of blender.
  • Blend until nut butter is evenly smooth.
