- 2 tbsp red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 can artichoke heart Make sure nothing else is in them!
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 3 cloves garlic
- pinch sea salt
Add the ghee to a frying pan on medium heat and add the onions. Cook until translucent then place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth (you may have to scrape down the sides.)
