Watermelon Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1/4 cup lime juice This is about two ripe limes.
  • 4 mint leaves muddled
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/3 cup honey

Garnishes

  • mint leaves, lime slices, orange slices

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until well mixed throughout. Strain the drink prior to putting in a glass to remove the pulp. Serve over ice. Garnish as desired.
