Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts Sliced, I get mine from butcher box. Use my link to get free bacon for lunch.
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 bell peppers I like orange, yellow or red. Be sure to slice them.
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp oregano
  • 4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughout. Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
