- 1 whole red pepper chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional-to add a kick.
Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor and blend until smooth.
