Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup EVOO
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes omit for AIP
  • 1 whole jalapeño sliced, stem removed. Omit for AIP
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup red onions chopped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to push down on the side with a spatula.
