Mix all of the wet ingredients and then dry ingredients and mix until well combined

Press the dough firmly into the greased baking pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Take the crust out and let cool.

For the filling, combine the lemon juice and zest, eggs, honey, and cassava flour. Whisk well

Once the crust is cooled, pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool at room temperature. Let cool in the fridge for several hours before serving.
