Dairy Free Chocolate Truffles

These dairy free chocolate truffles make for the most perfect special occasion treat. This recipe is quick, easy and naturally paleo and vegan friendly.


Add the coconut milk to a pan and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add in the peanut butter, chocolate chips, maple syrup and coconut oil. Whisk together continuously. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Scoop the truffle filling with a 1 inch cookie scooper and lay on the wax paper covered sheet. Place in the freezer.

Top with your ganache. Add the optional nuts and coconut on top if desired!
