3 pitted dates
1 cup unsweetened plain cashew yogurt
1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
2 cups of spinach
5-6 drops of doterra peppermint oil
2 ripe bananas
1- 8 ounce can of coconut cream
1 tablespoons of cocoa nibs (I like this brand)
OPTIONAL: protein powder (I like this clean brand)
Place all ingredients in a blender EXCEPT the cocoa nibs and blend until the spinach is chopped up, roughly 45 seconds. Then, add the cacao nibs on top and mix with a spoon. *I sometimes like to drink mine in a mason jar, but if i have the time i like to sit down and eat it with a spoon in a bowl. I will add fresh berries and coconut shavings on top!
