Dijon Lemon Dill Salmon
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 20 MINUTES
1 pound wild caught salmon filet
1 cup dijon mustard (I like the 365 Whole Foods brand. A lot of brands will add sugar to their mustard and the 365 brand does not!)
1 tablespoons dill
1 tablespoon EVOO
1 lemon, juiced
Mix all ingredients except the salmon in a bowl.
Preheat the air fryer to 350.
Put half of the mixed sauce in a separate bow.
Cut up the salmon into 3-4 pieces.
Lather the salmon with the sauce from one of the bowls.
Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes. I use this one.
Use the remaining sauce to dip the salmon in.
I like to serve this dish with my favorite lemon almond slivered green beans.
